Terms of Service

1. The Game

Pantheon is a free-to-play online card game. We may add, change, or remove features, cards, balance, and content at any time to keep the Game running and fair.

2. Your account

• You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and don’t impersonate others.
• You must be old enough to use the Game in your country (at least 13, or higher where required).
• One person, one account; don’t share, sell, or transfer accounts.

3. Virtual items & currencies

• The Game includes virtual currencies (e.g. Relics, Offerings) and items (cards, cosmetics). They exist only inside the Game.
• Virtual items have no monetary value, can’t be exchanged for real money or goods, and aren’t your property — you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the Game.
• Some items are tied to a season and expire when that season ends.
• We may modify, suspend, or remove virtual items as part of operating and balancing the Game.

4. Purchases & refunds

• Purchases are one-time — there are no subscriptions or auto-renewals.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; your purchase is also subject to Stripe’s terms.
• Because virtual items are delivered to your account immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or at our discretion for an unused balance or a genuine fault (e.g. a failed delivery).
• EU consumers: you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Since items are delivered to your account immediately, by completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right once delivery begins — except where the item is faulty or undelivered.
• Prices are shown before purchase (including any applicable VAT) and may change over time.

5. Fair play

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorized third-party tools, or interfere with matchmaking or other players.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the Game or its infrastructure.
• Harass other players or post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content in any name or message field.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund.

6. Intellectual property

The Game’s code, art, sound, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. The myths, gods, and figures themselves are drawn from the public domain and owned by no one. You keep no rights to the Game beyond the licence to play it.

7. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. Where liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or to comply with the law.

10. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and nothing here limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under EU and Portuguese law. We may update these Terms; we’ll change the date above and notify you in-game of material changes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
